Please be aware that the majority of European hotels provides 2 single beds put together to make a double bed. While all room type preferences forwarded to the hotel, the room allocation is performed by the hotel and subjects to the availability at the time of check-in.



Evaluations aim to give a general overview of the quality of the hotel and the approximate level of facilities, services and convenience available. However, this evaluation system differs from country to country. is not responsible for the categories of hotels and ratings, as they have been provided to us and accepted by us in good faith.


Exchange rates generally change on a daily basis depending on market fluctuations. reserves the right to update the room rates appeared on the website according to any market fluctuations.

Possible changes in relation to currency like exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the amounts of already confirmed bookings. Similarly, when the reservation has been confirmed with the values you have accepted, there is no refund for any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.

All prices are valid only for the leisure item. will not accept liability for any booking if it is known that the client does not travel for leisure purposes . The Hotels may refuse to meet the prices of our contract and charge directly the customers with the corresponding of a within the day charge booking.

Prices include applicable hotel taxes. It may not include Tourist / local / municipal taxes which generally include the use of local services. If a city tax has to be paid to the hotel, this kind of information can be obvious in the remarks and coupon.


Our company’s name will appear as on the statement of the credit card used to make the reservation. If a member of has used the credit card of the customer to make the hotel reservation, it is the responsibility of the member of to inform his customers about this important information in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

The reserves the right to correct any pricing or display errors or omissions. This includes errors or omissions introduced by an hotelier or local agent. In case of prices error or omission, we will offer you the option of either keeping your booking at the correct price or cancel the booking, or depending on the availability we will offer you a suitable alternative hotel.

It is agreed that the declaration of passengers’ nationality is mandatory and must be determined by the “customer’s nationality” at the time of booking. This information must be consistent with the passengers’ passport. False declaration of passengers’ nationality may cause consequences that cannot be under our own responsibility.

If you do not change “customer’s nationality», the agency’s nationality should be regarded as the nationality of passengers by default. If any financial loss results due to false nationality declaration, it should be covered by the agency to your customers or fully to us.


The majority of credit card providers charge some sort of international transaction fee. The charge rate will depend on the type of the card used for the booking (Visa and MasterCard 1,5%). This fee is passed on by some credit card providers because the charge for your booking has been processed outside the country where you reside. Please note that the charge has not passed by and that cannot be considered responsible for any international transaction fee passed by the credit card issuer or by your customers.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES MADE BY THE HOTEL has no control over any other additional charge that a hotel may decide to apply for additional in-room amenities such as air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, internet, cable channels etc. These fees must be paid directly to the hotel and cannot be responsible for possible costs passed on by the hotel.

Similarly has no control over any fees that a hotel may charge extra as for the storage of luggage, Sauna, spa and swimming pool use, car parking charges etc.

During the festive season, in essence, Christmas and New Year, there are hotels that impose a compulsory gala and guests have to pay any supplement for the gala dinner. Our company is not always informed about Gala dinner supplements and cannot be considered responsible for any additional costs for gala.



All cancellations and amendments will be made through the website Alternatively, you can contact our reservation team via e-mail or fax before the cancellation deadline for the specific booking – hotel. We do not accept cancellations or changes by phone. will not be committed neither takes responsibility for any changes and cancellations which become directly with the hotel.

It is important to be noticed that any reservation changes will be not accepted. If you need  changes, we kindly ask you to cancel and repeat with new data.

Change is not permitted and the booking has to be canceled and be re-booked. New rates may apply.

During a specific period, some dates and very early reservations can be passed on by the hotel in a different cancellation policy for which you will be contacted immediately as soon as is   informed.

In some cases, name changes are not permitted and the booking may have to be canceled and re-booked. In this case new prices may be applied.

Bookings which offer free nights or discounts for early booking are subject to certain restrictions which will be notified to you once they will be communicated to Visitaegean .com.

Generally, these restrictions are: No change of name and any extension or reduction of nights. If you have booked accommodation which includes 1 free night and your customer decides to cancel – the free night will not be refunded because it is a gift.

Please note that the nightly room rates may increase after a confirmed change, even the number of nights is reduced. This may be either due to changes in exchange rates or promotions on the original reservation date.

If modifications are allowed, the following conditions may apply: Changes of the arrival or departure date, the room type or the name’s change or when special offers applied at the reservation time may result to a reprising.




To protect your account when the reservation has been made by a third party, reserves the right to request proof of your identity by the holder of the credit card and signing of a delegation.

This security measure not intends to cause any inconvenience, but simply to protect the credit card holder from any misuse of his credit card.


If the initial hotel booked is closed, over booked or faces maintenance problems or cannot provide the room (s), you agree that the hotelier or supplier is responsible to find for you alternative accommodation of the same class. If we receive prior notice, will contact you via e-mail. does not accept any liability for any losses or expenses that may arise as a result of the relocation, as this is totally beyond our control.

A reservation is considered a group one, when there are 10 or more persons traveling. reserves the right to cancel any FIT bookings made for a group or if it is considered that they have been made for the purpose of space exploitation for future sale. The hotels with button “On Request” and reservations with the process “On Request” means that the hotel has no available space, but will contact the hotel to request additional space. Please be aware that in very rare cases, the availability of the hotel can be modified by the time you complete your booking and the final status can be converted in processing ” On Request ” In these cases, please do not try to book the same hotel again. You will be informed within 48 hours if your booking has been confirmed or denied. If the hotel can be confirmed with a different rate, then we will indicate to you. Please bear in mind that this confirmation cannot guarantee and the hotels have the right to reject bookings “On Request”.  If your accommodation request is urgent, it is suggested to choose a hotel with immediate confirmation. Accordingly, when a new search is done on the system, you can see the same hotel to re-appear as rooms may be available, since the initial application was done.



Hotel Information: While strives to present hotel information as accurately as possible, we are not responsible for the accuracy of this information or for any facilities that may or may not be available at the hotel during the stay of your customer or not suitable for his tastes and preferences.

Reforming, renovations and maintenance are necessary for the maintenance of the hotel and may be effected without prior notice; however, the hotelier will endeavor to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control. cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the customer beyond the control of the hoteliers nor for accidents or damages in a hotel caused by the hotel’s management or staff.

We have no control over any additional charges that a hotel may decide to apply for the room such as air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, internet, cable channels etc. These charges must be paid directly to the hotel and cannot be responsible for any costs that are passed on by the hotel.

The photos of the hotel and guest house are provided to give a general picture of the hotel. The photos of the room may be of a different category with that of the reservation and may not be identical to your client’s room.

All hotels on the website require one of the guests to be at least an adult.


Maps are provided for information purposes only. While strives to present hotel and map information with the utmost accuracy, we accept no responsibility for the accuracy of information, errors or omissions. We suggest that you contact the hotel directly to obtain the most updated and complete information and instructions.


Any complaint that cannot be resolved in the hotel must be notified to us by connecting through our system and selecting the category “Contact”. All complaints must be notified to us within 10 days from the date of check out.

A copy of the complaint must also be submitted and signed by the hotel manager. Complaints about the hotel services should be forwarded from the to the concerned side.

Response times range from 5-20 working days depending on the nature of the specific question.
