• Up to 45 days prior to arrival: €50 penalty per person for administrative fees.
• 44 to 30 days prior to arrival: 40% penalty of the package fare.
• 29 to 14 days prior to arrival: 75% penalty of the package fare.
• 13 to 01 days prior to arrival: 100% penalty of the package fare.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• According to agreements, the balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
• Up to 15 days prior to departure, name changes can be made without extra charge.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Athens International Airport (ATH) Greeting: After collecting your luggage, proceed towards Exit No. 5 (Arrivals Level, ground floor). Your guide (or local assistant) will be waiting for you with a VisitAegean sign.
• Departures are guaranteed with a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 25. If the minimum number is not reached, VisitAegean may merge clients with other groups formed locally, maintaining the same services and hotels specified in the program.
• The itinerary may undergo changes for technical reasons or site management requirements.
• Delays or changes in flight schedules (arriving or departing) resulting in lost services included in the program do not entitle guests to refunds.
• The phrase “or similar” indicates the use of alternative accommodation facilities; final confirmation of individual hotels will be communicated between 14 and 21 days prior to departure.
• Breakfast on the last day will be provided at the hotel or not, depending on transfer times and hotel restaurant opening hours. No refunds are granted for unused meals at the property.
• Triple Rooms consist of a double bed or two separate beds, plus an extra bed such as a sofa bed or folding bed of reduced size.
• Stops described are for information purposes and may be modified or canceled based on weather conditions.
• In the event of public holidays or special events, local authorities may close roads and monuments at short notice. This may cause delays or cancellations of visits. VisitAegean does not provide refunds for missed excursions.
• For optimal coordination of visits, we suggest booking optional activities through the local guide. VisitAegean declines any responsibility for purchases made through other suppliers.
• The optional excursion to Hydra, Poros, and Aegina is managed by a third party and is not part of the tour. The external operator holds full legal liability and may change prices, itineraries, or payment methods without involvement from VisitAegean.
• Rates for museums, archaeological sites, or hotel city taxes are subject to change, and any differences may subsequently be reflected in prices.
• Entrance Fee Package: The cost of the entrance fee package is net, non-commissionable, and must be settled upon booking confirmation.
• CITY TAX: The city tax must be paid directly by guests prior to check-out at each hotel according to the following rates. Any increases set by local authorities will be charged as a difference to participants:
  • April 1 to October 31:
    • 5-star Hotel: €15.00 per room, per night
    • 4-star Hotel: €10.00 per room, per night
    • 3-star Hotel: €5.00 per room, per night
  • November 1 to March 31:
    • 5-star Hotel: €4.00 per room, per night
